[Edaily Reporter Yunjeong Lee] ITOFROM Co., Ltd. participated in the 26th International Mold and Related Equipment Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Intermold Korea 2023) held at KINTEX in Ilsan last March and successfully announced the development of the next-generation model of its intelligent mold management solution, ShotLine. It was announced on the 10th that it was done. Intelligent mold management solution ShotLine, unlike the method of storing shot coefficients, and mold operation information, in existing mechanical sensors, technically specializes in the information collected from sensors and applies a wireless communication network to efficiently manage mold assets in the manufacturing industry.
The biggest technological change in this next-generation model is that it has been expanded to global communication network interconnection technology, enabling real-time monitoring of the manufacturing situation at headquarters, overseas partners, and production sites. In addition, among the effects of ShotLine's introduction, quality management including mold asset management, production management, and cost management has been added through status management through real-time mold operation information.Currently, ITOFROM Co., Ltd.'s next-generation ShotLine technology development is in the final stages, and ShotLine will be introduced after further testing and domestic and international certification tests.
