This award also played a role in the fact that ITOFROM's ShotLine is attracting attention in the manufacturing industry. ShotLine is an intelligent mold management solution and is an integrated solution that can efficiently manage mold assets at the manufacturing site. It consists of a wireless complex sensor(Digitalmoldcounter, Moldshotcounter), data collection device, and solution web & app, and is characterized by collecting and transmitting mold operation information to enable convenient mold asset maintenance, real-time production management, and cost and quality management.
The wireless composite sensor is designed to be applicable to small molds and high-speed punching molds, and collects mold operation information in real time and transmits it to the data collection device through wireless communication. The data collection device can transmit and receive data around the world by applying global communication network interconnection technology. Solution Web & App provides advanced data analysis so that managers can check mold operation information and manage mold assets in an integrated manner.
