This June, ITOFROM successfully entered the Indonesian mold industry by launching an innovative mold management solution, 'ShotLine'.
Indonesia is one of the fastest growing manufacturing markets in Southeast Asia, and automotive-related and electronic parts manufacturing are showing significant growth. ITOFROM noted the growth potential of this market and chose Indonesia as the first overseas market for its new product.
ITOFROM signed a distribution contract with the local Indonesian distributor and introduced ShotLine with the local mold manufacturer P.T CAHAYA ENGINEERING SUKES. The 'ShotLine' solution is an intelligent mold management system that provides various mold manufacturing production and management functions through artificial intelligence analysis of real-time big data collected from IoT sensors(Digitalmoldcounter, Moldshotcounter). This solution calculates the exact production amount for each mold and minimizes unnecessary downtime by informing the mold maintenance period through a prediction function.
