The Wireless Digital Mold Counter automatically collects mold data such as Shot Count, temperature, and shock in real time.
02. Connect
The Data Terminal securely transmits the collected data via LTE wireless communication.
It can be installed easily without equipment modifications or complex wiring.
03. Analyze
The collected data is analyzed in ShotLine Solution, a cloud-based mold management system.
04. Manage
Managers can check mold usage status, production history, location, status, and maintenance information in real time through web and mobile dashboards.
