[이데일리 이윤정 기자] ㈜아이투프럼은 ShotLine의 차세대 터미널 NDT23을 출시하고, 이동렬 대표가 광주광역시를 방문하여 대기업 및 협력사 임직원을 대상으로 NDT23의 설치 및 사용 방법, 도입 효과를 주제로 세미나를 진행했다고 29일 밝혔다.
글로벌 금형 자산 관리가 가능한 NDT23은 인터넷 설치 환경이 열악한 국가에서도 전원 공급만 되면 글로벌 통신망 연동 기술로 인터넷 연결이 되어 가동 중인 금형 상태 정보를 수집·전송할 수 있다. 전송된 데이터는 다양한 통계 분석 형태로 제공된다.
ShotLine 솔루션은 설치가 간단하고 글로벌 통신망 연동기술로 전 세계 제조 현장에 적용 가능하다. 또한 고가의 금형에 대해 현장 실사 비용감소와 금형 제작부터 폐기까지 관리가 가능하며, 실시간 금형 상태 정보를 통해 생산 일정 및 생산량 관리, 안정한 제품 생산 활동 모니터링으로 품질 관리, 백업 금형의 과잉 제작 방지 등으로 비용은 절감하고 생산된 제품의 품질을 높일 수 있다.
