ITOFROM Presents Shotline at ‘Hyundai Transys Partner’s Day’
금형 제조 및 생산 관리 솔루션 기업 아이투프럼(대표 이동렬, 라윤경)이 현대트랜시스 파트너스데이에서 대표 제품 '샷라인'(ShotLine)을 선보였다고 10일 밝혔다.
아이투프럼은 전시 부스를 운영하며 신형 무선 디지털 금형 카운터(스마트 몰드 센서)와 진보된 기능을 적용한 샷라인 솔루션을 전시했다.
업체 측은 "샷라인은 유지보수 예측과 자동화된 자산 실사 기능으로 고가의 금형을 효율적으로 정비·관리한다"면서 "금형별 가동 현황을 자동으로 파악해 생산성과 품질을 개선하고 비용 절감 효과를 유도한다"고 설명했다. 이어 "특히 신형 무선 디지털 금형 카운터는 IoT(사물인터넷) 기반 스마트 기능으로 실시간 모니터링과 데이터 관리가 가능하다"고 덧붙였다.
현대트랜시스 파트너스데이 관계자는 "스마트 제조 환경에 맞는 금형 관리 솔루션을 직접 경험할 수 있었다"며 "샷라인 제품이 실제 생산 환경에서 어떻게 가치를 창출할지 기대된다"고 말했다.
아이투프럼 측은 "현대트랜시스와 협력 관계를 강화하고 글로벌 시장에서 입지를 넓혀나갈 것"이라고 했다.
ITOFROM (CEO Lee Dong Lyul, Ra Yoon-Kyung), a mold manufacturing and production management solution company, announced on the 10th that it showcased its flagship product, ShotLine, at ‘Hyundai Transys Partners Day’.
ITOFROM ran an exhibition booth, displaying its new wireless digital mold counter (smart mold sensor) and the advanced features of ShotLine solution.
The company explained, "ShotLine efficiently maintains and manages expensive molds through predictive maintenance and automated asset auditing features," adding, "It automatically tracks the operating status of each mold, improving productivity and quality while inducing cost-saving effects." ITOFROM further mentioned, "The new wireless digital mold counter, equipped with IoT (Internet of Things)-based smart features, enables real-time monitoring and data management."
A Hyundai Transys Partners Day representative commented, "We were able to experience a mold management solution suited to a smart manufacturing environment firsthand," adding, "We look forward to seeing how the ShotLine product will create value in actual production environments.“
ITOFROM stated, "We will strengthen our collaboration with Hyundai Transys and expand our presence in the global market."
